OUR RETURN POLICY

We offer a 7-day return policy for customers in GCC countries with shipping provided.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if an item doesn’t arrive, is faulty or damaged, or doesn’t match the listing.

If the item doesn’t arrive at the address the buyer provided, they will be entitled to a full refund, including original shipping costs. However, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the courier if they are not able to deliver to the specified address or if the courier is unable to find it. Failure to do so will forfeit the refund.

The buyer should report that the item hasn’t arrived or was not available for collection once the estimated or actual delivery/collection date has passed. The buyer needs to report not later than 7 calendar days after the estimated or actual delivery/collection date.

For a faulty watch or an item that does not match the listing, we accept returns for a full refund or replacement for free, whichever the buyer decides to choose.

If you want to return, please request it within 7 calendar days after the delivery date to return@thecapitalwatches.com. All products must be returned using a courier service that provides a tracking number.
